1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using iHeal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SUA Labs OÜ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Estonia.

2. Description of Service

iHeal is a holistic health platform that provides AI-generated insights into the deeper meanings of physical and emotional symptoms through biodecoding, energetic wisdom, and spiritual perspectives.

The Service includes:

• AI-generated holistic diagnoses
• Personalized healing plans (subscription required)
• Health journal and symptom tracking
• Access to holistic health resources

3. Medical Disclaimer

You agree that:

• iHeal is for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only
• You will consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical conditions
• You will not delay seeking medical attention based on information from iHeal
• You will not discontinue medical treatment without consulting your healthcare provider
• In case of emergency, you will contact emergency services immediately

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

5. User Accounts

5.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5.3 Anonymous Access

We offer limited anonymous access (up to 7 diagnoses per IP address) without account creation. Anonymous users may be prompted to create an account for continued access.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free Features

Basic diagnoses are free (up to 3 per IP for anonymous users, unlimited for registered users).

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

Access to healing plans requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are processed through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SUA Labs OÜ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the health information and symptoms you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your information to provide the Service.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Diagnoses and healing plans generated by our AI are provided "as-is" for your personal use. You may not redistribute or resell AI-generated content.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 "As-Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or improvements. Results may vary, and the Service may not be suitable for everyone.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUA LABS OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUA Labs OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

13.3 EU Users

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SUA Labs OÜ regarding the Service.
